The common gym amenities here are solid. We love that this location has both cycling options and plenty of cardio equipment for your heart-pumping needs. Weight training is covered too, with dumbbells available to help you build strength. Looking for personal training? You’re in luck because they offer that as well. And staying connected is easy with their available Wi-Fi. However, if you’re looking for a variety of functional training spaces or a cinema area, you won't find them here, but the essentials are all in place.

Aqua Services Explained

When it comes to water and wet amenities, this club keeps it simple. They have showers and locker rooms available, which makes post-workout freshening up a breeze. Unfortunately, if you’re hoping to unwind in a sauna or hot tub, you’ll have to look elsewhere, as those options aren’t available.

Group Fitness Activities

For shared fitness activities, you won't find any racquetball courts, basketball hoops, or tennis courts here. But if group training is your thing, this gym does offer that, allowing you to enjoy a more social workout experience. While there aren’t any scheduled group fitness classes, the atmosphere remains encouraging and fun.

Services and Features

Recovery and wellness amenities bring some added perks to your routine. Tanning services are available, and I think it’s pretty cool that they have red light therapy options as well. Plus, you can take a moment to relax in their massage chairs after your workout. A retail area lets you pick up any gear you might need, but we noticed there’s no smoothie bar for post-workout snacks.
