But they definitely offer group training sessions for those who prefer working out in a collective environment. For recovery and wellness, this gym does provide some nice extras. You can take advantage of the tanning services if that's part of your routine. We love that there are massage chairs for a bit of relaxation post-workout. The retail area is convenient, allowing you to grab items on-the-go. However, amenities like shake bars or cryotherapy aren't part of the offerings here.
