Aqua Services Explained
While the club lacks a sauna, steam room, or pool, it does provide essential amenities like showers and locker rooms. It’s nice to have a refreshing place to clean up after a workout, so you can head out and handle the rest of your day comfortably. Although water and wet amenities are pretty limited, the practicality of the showers is a definite plus.

Group Fitness Activities
Shared fitness activities are pretty sparse here, with no racquetball courts, basketball hoops, or pickleball setups available. However, you can join in on group training sessions which is an excellent way to stay motivated and engaged with fellow gym-goers. It’s a shame there aren’t any group fitness classes, but group training fills that gap nicely.

Services and Features
After your workout, unwind a bit with some recovery options. This gym offers tanning and red light therapy to help you recover and rejuvenate. You can also find massage chairs, and while there isn't a smoothie bar for post-workout snacks, the retail area has items available for purchase that might catch your interest. Unfortunately, there's no dedicated women-only workout area but it maintains a welcoming environment for all.
