While they offer showers and locker rooms for your convenience, it’s worth mentioning that other water-related amenities like saunas, steam rooms, or a pool are not available here. Very cool that you can freshen up after your workout, but just know that it's all about getting straight to the workout and showering off afterwards!

If you're looking for a little extra TLC, you'll appreciate their tanning options and massage chairs for post-workout relaxation. They also offer red light therapy, which is fantastic for recovery. If you ever need workout gear or supplements, there’s a retail area where you can grab what you need. However, towel service is unfortunately not an option here.
