If you're into weight training, there's also a variety of dumbbells to suit your needs. We appreciate that they offer personal training to help guide you along the way. However, if you're looking for additional features like a cinema area or turf space for functional training, they don’t have those here.

Recovery and wellness are also addressed at this location. You can take advantage of their tanning services and massage chairs, making it easy to relax after your workouts. I think it’s awesome that they offer red light therapy as well—definitely a nice touch for those looking to optimize their recovery. They do have a retail area if you need to pick up some fitness gear on the go, though there’s no smoothie bar for those post-workout snacks.
